A New Collaboration with Studio TBM

I’m excited to join forces with Studio TBM, a studio specializing in lymphatic drainage, to introduce her community to the world of Breathwork.

Through a guided group session, I’ll be offering a new way to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body through the power of your breath.

Different approaches, one shared intention: making time for yourself and your well-being.
